Mission

I am registered to the Lyon Bar (France) since 2019. I assist freelancers, small and medium-sized businesses in the digital sector (e-merchants, web agencies, IT service providers, software publishers, etc.) with the legal issues and challenges they face throughout their activity in France.

I advise, defend and represent them in civil and commercial disputes in France with their clients, their business partners and their competitors. I have at heart to bring efficient solutions with calm and pragmatism.

I also advise them to structure and secure their activity legally in France (including for IT projects and for the creation of commercial websites), to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and to protect their creations and brands in France.

Fees are set according to the nature, complexity and specificities of the case.

The question of fees is discussed at the first meeting. A written fee agreement is necessarily established in accordance with the legal and ethical provisions of the profession.

Fees may be fixed at a flat rate or based on time spent according to the firm’s hourly rate. A fee for results may be agreed in addition.

The cost of the first consultation depends on its duration and complexity.

The client’s legal protection insurance may be activated and may allow partial or total coverage of the fees.
